Return Policy

Returns/Cancellations

At this time, we are not accepting returns, exchanges or cancellations. For any questions about sizing, please contact beritandreese@gmail.com.

Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Should you cancel, there is no refund due to this policy. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please send a photograph of the packaging and contents within 3 days of receiving to beritandreese@gmail.com. We are not responsible for any time that has passed after the 3 days. 

If a refund is approved, tags must be attached and the order must be returned in the condition it was received - tags attached, no stains or foul odors. Once your order is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that your item was received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, store credit will be issued.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package arrives damaged on the inside and outside, it is not our responsibility. If the package arrives damaged on the inside with no obvious outside damage, email beritandreese@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving, with photographs, to be considered for a refund.  

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your own item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
